Getting to Frank & Simon’s is easy! Conveniently located five minutes from downtown, on the north side of West O Street in the Westgate Shopping Center. Enter from either direction on O Street, Capitol Beach Blvd, or NW 13th. You’ll be able to exit in any direction, too.
